In October, 1999, Community Education Performing Arts Committee sponsored a second event, with the incomparable Folk Musician Doc Watson, accompanied by Jack Lawrence. This was also a great success, and another sellout crowd.

In April 1999,The Community Education Advisory Council sponsored a sellout performance with the Cape Breton Fiddler and Step Dancer, Natalie MacMaster. It was a resounding success! Natalie was such a hit that we had her back on August 14th, 2000 to another sellout crowd.
